Geographic Eligibility

3jl3 is operated for and primarily serves players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online card gaming is permitted under the laws of your location before registering. 3jl3 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one active 3jl3 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim additional bonuses or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any related balances.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering on 3jl3. Any changes to your personal details — including your registered mobile number, email address, or payment information — must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

3 Your Account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jl3 account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been authorised by you.

4 Deposits & Payments

3jl3 accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on 3jl3 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, although certain payment channels may impose their own transaction limits.

Currency

All transactions on 3jl3 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). Amounts are displayed with comma-separated thousands (e.g., ₱10,000). Exchange rate conversion is not applicable as only PHP transactions are accepted.

Processing Time

Most deposits via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are credited instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to one (1) banking day depending on your bank.

Note: 3jl3 does not accept payments from third parties. All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified sources may be held pending identity verification.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time through the 3jl3 account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit where possible.

Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until your balance reaches the minimum.

Processing Time

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within four (4) to twenty-four (24) hours on business days. GCash and Maya transfers are typically the fastest. Bank transfers may take up to two (2) banking days.

Verification Requirements

3jl3 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, especially for first-time withdrawals or amounts above ₱50,000. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Acceptable documents include a government-issued ID (PhilSys, UMID, passport, or driver's licence).

  • Withdrawals will only be released to accounts that have passed identity verification.
  • 3jl3 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation if fraud or rule violations are suspected.
  • Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed in your account dashboard before you confirm the transaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

3jl3 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all 3jl3 bonuses:

  • Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
  • Bonus funds are separate from real money and must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All card games on 3jl3 — including Pusoy, Tongits, Poker, and all other titles in the game library — operate on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) where applicable, or use verified live shuffle systems for live dealer formats. Game outcomes are not influenced by the house on player-versus-player tables.

Each game on 3jl3 has its own specific rules that are accessible from within the game interface. By joining a game table, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

  • Game results are final once a round is completed. 3jl3 does not reverse or alter results based on player preferences.
  • Technical errors during a game — such as disconnection during a live hand — will be handled according to game-specific disconnection policies, which are detailed in the game help section.
  • Players who are found to be colluding with other players or using any form of automated software to gain an unfair advantage will have their accounts suspended immediately.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 3jl3 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

  • Providing false personal information during registration or verification
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform
  • Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes
  • Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 3jl3 staff through any communication channel
  • Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted area of the 3jl3 platform

If 3jl3 determines that any prohibited conduct has occurred, the platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the offending account, withhold outstanding balances pending investigation, and report relevant information to applicable regulatory authorities.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Liability & Disclaimers

  • 3jl3 is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions, payment gateway outages, or third-party service failures outside our direct control.

12 Account Closure

Closure by the Player

You may close your 3jl3 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real money balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

3jl3 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed by 3jl3 without cause attributable to the player, any eligible real money balance will be returned.

13 Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, a payment, or any other aspect of 3jl3's service, the process is as follows:

  • Contact 3jl3 customer support as soon as possible, providing your account details and a clear description of the issue.
  • 3jl3 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.
  • If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter in writing. Escalated disputes will be reviewed by a senior member of the 3jl3 team within ten (10) business days.
  • 3jl3's decision on disputes, once finalised, is binding.
Please note: Disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the transaction or event in question. Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for review.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through 3jl3's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
